Jeff's journey to Semper Gumby Construction started in the United States Marine Corps, where he learned the values that define his work today: honor, courage, commitment, and an unwavering dedication to getting the job done right. After his service, Jeff channeled those principles into a passion for outdoor construction, founding Semper Gumby Construction in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
The name "Semper Gumby" - a playful twist on the Marine motto "Semper Fidelis" - means "always flexible." And that flexibility is at the heart of everything Jeff does. No rigid, pre-packaged plans.
